- Pro-Rated Access: If registration occurs after 1 February, access will still expire on 1 February of the following year. For example:
- If you register in April 2025, your subscription will expire on 1 February 2026.
- If you register in August 2026, your subscription will expire on 1 February 2027.
- No Extensions: The access period is fixed and will not be extended or adjusted based on the registration date.
This policy ensures a consistent subscription cycle for all users.
4. Service Usage
- Permitted Use: You may only use our services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or resell course materials.
- Use the platform in any manner that disrupts its functionality or violates any applicable laws.
5. Payment and Refunds
- Payment: Fees must be paid in full upon registration.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility and conditions.
6. Termination of Services
- Violation of Terms: Nova eTuition reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated.
- Access Termination: Access to services will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period (1 February), regardless of registration date.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Nova eTuition, including course materials, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Nova eTuition. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nova eTuition will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We strive for accuracy and quality but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
9. Changes to Terms
Nova eTuition reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
